GROWING TOGETHER

The current global health crisis has reminded us that we we are in this together. It inspired and motivated us to look for ways to help out in anyway we can.

When the Covid-19 Pandemic was first announced...being safe at home became our number one priority. Like most people, we altered our daily routines to be in compliance with the local and state restrictions.

One of the ways we were able to cope with the changes in the world was through growing our own produce in Tower Gardens.

We hope to build an online community here at Easy Fresh Garden with everyone that shares the vision that we can grow stronger together even if we have to be apart due to Covid-19 and social distancing.

FROM TOWER TO TABLE

In 2015, our family started growing wine barrel gardens in our backyard with some success.

In 2016 we purchased our first Tower Garden and had amazing results, we were able to harvest and eat lettuce just four weeks after planting!

Since then we have grown over 40 vegetable and herb plants per season with multiple harvests from 2 towers. We are able to grow enough for a family of 5 and still have extra to freeze, store or share with our neighbors.

It has been a satisfying experience to grow and eat fresh produce that we were able to be a part of the process from planting seedlings to harvesting the crops to serving up fresh deliciousness at the table from the tower.
